Aza is a 1.5 yo female who is a fur rocket and clearly had been a ranchers dog. She will herd you or anyone in the yard. She is very well trained on verbal commands and hand signals. She is incredibly smart BUT very picky about who she trusts or wants to be around. Before she was rescued and while sitting on the Euthanasia List she did not want to be at Animal Control. No one thought to see if she could be managed by commands. She was catch poled to bring her there and to move her around. Now if you touch her neck as a stranger she reacts horribly. However, if you hold a leash to her and tell her leash she will sit quietly to put it on her. When she trusts a person you are free to interact. She is very very bright.
