BUZZ (formerly Buster)

Our dog Buzz deserves a new life.  Buzz had lived in a family with four children.  He was given to the family as a Christmas gift but surrendered a little over a year later to a county facility.  Unfortunately, it made Buzz nervous, not eat, very upset, and so he needed a rescue.  Our good friends who volunteer there contacted us for help.  And again, they were RIGHT!  Buzz is a great great dog.  He is housebroken, knows basic commands and may on occasion try to jump on the counter, he has played with nothing but toys.  He is now best friends with the resident 9 month old pup and wrestles all day long.  He has gained his confidence and become his happy self.  .  He is not even 2 yo, does great in a house and with people, He was nervous because he was abandoned.  He is housetrained, crate trained, knows commands, does pretty well on a leash.  He is good with dogs, cats and kids, having lived with some and one as young as 3 yo.  Buzz needs to work on his confidence, since very sensitive at his young age to losing his world.  Confidence comes in time.  He is a glue dog and loves to be petted.  He likes outside but prefers to be your BFF.  He is polite, quiet and gentle.  He rarely barks.  As we find out about his personality we will update.    He is shy now but we are not sure that is always the case.  He needs to be told until he knows he is a good boy.  Please apply.
